Terms and Conditions — Prize Draw April 2026

1. Entry and eligibility

Who can enter: This prize draw is open to families of players in the Road to the Rec tournament 2026. Entrants must be individuals aged 18 and over and residing in the United Kingdom. Employees of The Private Office and their immediate families are excluded from entering.

How to enter: To enter, participants must submit their email address via the form on this website.

Entry limit: Only one entry per person is permitted.

No purchase necessary: Entry into the prize draw is free and no purchase is required.

2. Prize

The prize: The prize for this prize draw is £2,500 in a National Savings and Investments (NS&I) Premium bond from The Private Office (TPO). TPO will purchase the Premium Bonds on behalf of the Road to the Rec player.

No cash alternative: The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Alternative prize: The Private Office reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if necessary.

3. Draw and winner notification

Random draw: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date of 2 May 2026 at 11:59pm.

Draw date: The draw will take place on 5 May 2026.

Notification: The winner will be notified by email at the address provided by them during survey completion within 5 days of the draw.

Claiming the prize: The winner will have 2 days to respond to the notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the 2 days, a new name will be drawn and the same conditions will apply until the prize is claimed.

4. General terms

Acceptance of terms: By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Data privacy: The Private Office will use the personal data provided for the purpose of administering the prize draw, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

No responsibility: The Private Office accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

Amendment of terms: The Private Office reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Governing law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Your statutory rights are not affected by entering the prize draw.
